Chicken combined with pumpkin, pepper, red onion and tomato juice combined with Tikka Masala paste from Pataks gives an amazing effect. With rice, we have the perfect dish for an autumn dinner.
I wanted something expressive in taste and full of spices, hence the Indian cuisine . For this I had a small pumpkin and Patak’s paste, so I have already figured out the combination. Try one like this!
Ingredients
- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 and 1/2 pcs of red onions
- 1/2 pc red pepper
- about 200g of pumpkin
- 1 pc of Tikka Masala paste from Patak’s
- 200ml of tomato juice
- green parsley or cilantro
- rice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the chopped red onion in crescents. Fry until a slightly light brown color.
Cut the chicken breasts into smaller cubes. Add to the onion and fry on each side.
Add Tikka Masala paste from Patak’s and mix thoroughly.
Cut the pepper and cut the pumpkin into a stick, add to the meat. Mix everything together and fry for a while. Finally, add the tomato juice. Cook until the pumpkin is tender.
Before serving, add the parsley or cilantro and mix.
Serve with rice!
Enjoy your meal!
