Apple-pie protein cocktail


It tastes like grandma’s apple pie, and yet consists of healthy, full ingredients. It is fast and easy to do in just 5 minutes, and at the same time full of nutrients that will allow you to work for hours. It tastes creamy, decadent and sweet

It’s inexpensive. Is child friendly.


INGREDIENTS


  • 2 large red apples, cut seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened vegetable milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • a pinch of ground nutmeg
  • a pinch of ground ginger (or fresh grated)
  • (optional: 1-2 teaspoons of honey, if you needed)

Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until mixed and with have a creamy texture. If desired, taste and add honey.

Serve immediately.
