INGREDIENTS
- 2 large red apples, cut seeds
- 1 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened vegetable milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- a pinch of ground nutmeg
- a pinch of ground ginger (or fresh grated)
- (optional: 1-2 teaspoons of honey, if you needed)
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until mixed and with have a creamy texture. If desired, taste and add honey.
Serve immediately.
