Asparagus with mustard sauce

Green asparagus is a tasty and seasonal vegetable. They are also considered a somewhat luxurious vegetable. In this case, I present asparagus ideal as an addition to the grill or dinner.


2-4 people

  • 500g green asparagus
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley

Boil water in a pot.

Cut the hard ends in asparagus.

Add the asparagus to the boiling water and cook for about 2 minutes.

Sauce ingredients: olive oil, wine vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper; mix together.

Put asparagus on a platter and pour over the sauce. On top, you can sprinkle with parsley.
