- 500g green asparagus
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
Boil water in a pot.
Cut the hard ends in asparagus.
Add the asparagus to the boiling water and cook for about 2 minutes.
Sauce ingredients: olive oil, wine vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper; mix together.
Put asparagus on a platter and pour over the sauce. On top, you can sprinkle with parsley.
