A simple recipe, and this way you can surprise your guests. Asparagus and prosciutto are a perfect combination for dinner, meeting friends or a party.
Think four ingredients and a few minutes are enough.
INGREDIENTS
for 4 people
- 150g of sliced prosciutto
- 400g of green asparagus
- 4 dried tomatoes
- Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Prepare the asparagus, break off the hard ends of the asparagus – if you grab them with your hands, the hard part will break off in the right place.
Working one at a time, wrap a slice of prosciutto around each asparagus.
Brush the ovenproof dish with olive oil. Arrange the prosciutto wrapped asparagus on it.
Cut the dried tomatoes into strips and sprinkle over the asparagus. Sprinkle everything with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15-18 minutes.
Serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
