Cheesecake with plums and crumble

I really like cheesecakes. I also like fruit cakes. So what’s left if you don’t combine cheesecake and fruit? For this sweet crumble on top and we have the perfect coffee dessert .


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa
  • 130g of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

filling :

  • 700g of white, minced cheese
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 packets of vanilla pudding without sugar
  • a glass of sugar
  • 0.5 kg of plums

crumble:

  • 2/3 cup of wheat flour
  • 100g of butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup of sugar

Ingredients for the bottom of the product with your fingers. Put the whole piece out of the baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Mix the cheese mass ingredients, except for the plums, but not too long. Connect the crumble ingredients with your fingers.

Pour the cheese onto the baked underside. Arrange the plums and sprinkle with crumble. Bake for an hour at 180 degrees Celsius.

Let the dough cool and serve.
