A wonderfully creamy banana and chocolate shake with peanut butter that really tastes great!
This chocolate banana smoothie recipe is healthy and sugar-free with just five ingredients. You can also add your favorite protein to it.
Perfect breakfast, snack and even dessert!
Ingredients
- 1 large frozen ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened plant or regular milk (plus more, if necessary to make it more fluid)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. A smooth smoothie should form.
If necessary, add more milk to dilute the smoothie.
