Delicious chocolate cookies with a slightly crunchy element. The perfect combination of sweets, chocolate and salt.
Just the expression of flavors.
Ingredients
- 75g of butter
- 100g of sugar
- 70g of brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 135g of flour
- 50g cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 125g of chopped chocolate
- 50g sunflower seeds
- sea salt
Put butter, sugar and brown sugar in a bowl. Grate everything fluffy until the sugar dissolves.
Add the egg, vanilla, flour, cocoa, soda and mix (preferably by hand) until the ingredients combine. Finally, add the chocolate and pumpkin seeds and knead them into the dough.
Put the finished dough in the fridge for about an hour.
Heat up the oven to 170 degrees C.
Line 2 baking sheets with baking paper. Twist the balls from the dough (about a spoon) and place them on the baking tray, leaving gaps. Flatten lightly with a spoon. Sprinkle with sea salt (you can skip it).
Bake for about 10-12 minutes.
Bon Appetit!
