Chocolate crêpes with chocolate cream

Chocolate pleasure! Crepes filled with delicious chocolate cream and banana, and if you like, topped with chocolate sauce.

 Oh yes! The perfect dessert for a chocolate lover, luxurious and easy to make.


About 12 crepes

  • 250 ml wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 50 ml sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 500 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • butter for frying 

Chocolate cream:

  • 450 ml (whipping cream
  • 150 ml of powdered sugar
  • 100ml cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

2 bananas
Chocolate sauce:
100 g chocolate (dark or milk chocolate)
150 ml (whipping cream


Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add half the milk and mix the dough until you get rid of the knuckles.

You can add the rest of the milk and eggs by mixing well. Heat a frying pan, spread with butter, pour out part of the dough and fry pancakes. Let them cool down.

Chocolate cream:  

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Then pour half the cream, beat for a few seconds until mixed thoroughly and without lumps. Pour in the rest of the cream and whip it until fluffy. 

Chocolate sauce: 

Chop the chocolate into small pieces and put in a cream pan. Stop stirring on low heat. 

Fill the crepes with chocolate cream and banana. Fold and pour chocolate sauce. Serve immediately!
