Delicious, soft and delicate chocolate-flavored cupcakes with plum jam and pieces of chocolate. Simple and really good. Perfect for coffee.
Ingredients
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of plum jam
- 3/4 cup of oil
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 100g of dark chocolate
All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Put the ingredients for the cake, all except the chocolate, in a bowl. Thoroughly and quickly blend until smooth.
Transfer the dough into cupcake / muffin molds. They should fill up to 3/4 of the molds.
Cut the chocolate into small cubes and sprinkle it over the dough.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes at 170 ° C. To a dry stick.
After baking, cool it down.
