INTERESTING GINGERBREADS FOR CHOCOLATE ENTHUSIASTS
Another recipe for gingerbread, which has been in my list for a long time: Must have! in the kitchen.
Perfectly chocolate, with a light orange aroma is tasty.

COMPONENTS
- 3 and 1/2 glass of wheat flour (can be mixed with rye flour)
- 1/2 glass of cocoa
- 1/2 glass of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 3 tablespoons of gingerbread spice
- pinch of salt
- skin peeled from oranges

- 200 g butter / margarine
- 1 item egg
- 3/4 glass of honey
- 60 g dark chocolate
Flour, cocoa, powdered sugar, baking soda, spices and salt combine in a bowl. Put butter, chocolate and honey in the pot. Heat to dissolve and put asleep until it is slightly warm Pour the egg, honey and margarine and orange zest into dry ingredients. Knead. Put the dough into a bag and place in the fridge (preferably at night) The dough will harden. Roll the parts and cut out any shapes. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 ° C. Cool and decorate.
