Cookie with stewed apples

A simple recipe for a quick dessert. Stewed apples are devoid of excess juices, so the dough is not too wet.


  • 1 packet of puff pastry
  • 3 apples
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • egg, for spreads

Dice the apples and put them in the pan.

Add butter, sugar and cinnamon. Fry everything until the apples are lightly golden brown, the sugar dissolves and the excess juice evaporates.

Divide the dough into rectangles. Arrange the apples in one half and cover with the other half. Press the edges with a fork and cut the middle lightly.

Brush the top with beaten egg. You can sprinkle with light brown sugar.

Bake at 180 degrees C for about 10-12 minutes. The cakes should be well browned.
