Salad for various occasions, both for Easter and Christmas, also ideal for a family meeting or an afternoon with friends.
Tasty, creamy and original. We were delighted with the majority of people with their interesting taste.
Try and do not be scared by the amount of cheese
Ingredients
- 1.5-2 pcs broccoli (medium size)
- 150 g of yellow cheese (e.g. cheddar)
- 1/3 glass of cashew nuts
- 1/4 glass of red onion
- 1/4 glass of cranberry
dressing
- 1/3 glass mayonnaise
- 1/4 glass of milk
- 1.5 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Prepare the dressing.
Mix in a small bowl the mayonnaise, milk, sugar and apple cider vinegar; put aside.
Boil the broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes. Study and divide into small florets.
Chop the onion into small cubes.
Cut the cheese into cubes.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, cashews, onions and cranberries. Add the sauce and mix gently.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
