This lime – coriander sauce consists of only 6 ingredients and is a perfect mix of spicy, citrus and cream, which is perfect for salads, grilled meat or taco.
It’s a perfect summer addition. It is light, but creamy, a bit spicy, super fresh and herbal. It all depends on the yogurt you add. Thick Greek yogurt will also make the sauce thicker.
- 1 cup coriander
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/5 cup lime juice (juice from about 2 limes)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- optional chilli or jalapeno (will add focus)
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
If desired, taste and season with salt.
Transfer to a jar, spin and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour or night before serving so that the flavors combine.
Sprinkle with salad, tacos or serve with grilled meat
