Sandwiches baked in a pan to make them crispy, and the cheese slightly melted. For this the perfect combination of fried mushrooms, arugula and ham.
Toast just in time for dinner.
Ingredients
2 people
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 slices of Parma ham
- 10-15dag of mushrooms
- 4 slices of cheese
- a handful of arugula
- butter
- 2 tablespoons oil
- pepper and salt
Heat the oil in a small skillet. Wash the mushrooms, cut them into slices and put them in the pan. Season with salt and pepper. They are to brown slightly.
Brush two slices of bread with butter.
Put a slice of cheese on each of them, then mushrooms as desired. Put the rocket on the mushrooms, then a slice of Parma ham and another slice of cheese.
Brush the other two slices with butter and put them together to form two sandwiches.
Preheat a large pan. Place sandwiches on them and put something heavier on them, e.g. a larger pot. Bake on low heat for 2-3 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 2-3 minutes.
Sandwiches should be browned on both sides, but not burnt, and the cheese should not be melted.
Bon Appetit!
