A simple way to use boiled eggs. Just in time for dinner.
Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 eggs (raw)
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of dill
- breadcrumbs to coat
- frying oil
Peel the shells of the cooked and cooled eggs, put them in a bowl and mash them thoroughly with a fork. Add two raw eggs, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and finely chopped dill (optional chives or parsley). Mix thoroughly and form medium sized patties.
Roll in breadcrumbs, place on a plate and refrigerate for a while.
Heat oil (or other fat) in a frying pan. Put the patties on the hot fat, reduce the heat and fry slowly. After approx. 3 minutes, they should be browned, turn them over and repeat frying.
Put the finished ones on a plate lined with a paper towel.
Serve with potatoes sprinkled with dill and salad.
Bon Appetit!
