- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup mustard
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- ½ tsp salt
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Stir until mixed thoroughly. If necessary, taste and season with pepper.
Store the remains of the salad dressing in the fridge in the jar for about 10 days. Serve with salads or meat!
