- 200g oatmeal 100% (gluten free or oat bran or shredded cereal)
- 100 g dates (or plums)
- 50 ml of virgin olive oil (which can be replaced with coconut oil, linseed oil, sunflower oil)
- 30 g of water
- 1 tablespoon of walnuts
- 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds (or linseed, sunflower, sesame)
- 1 tablespoon of raisins
- pinch of salt
First of all, use the mixer. Add oatmeal, salt, oil, dates and water. Mix it all for a few seconds until you get a sticky mix. You can mix rounds.
At this point, add seeds, raisins and crushed nuts.
The mixture is not compact, so take it in your hand a little bit, bend it, put it on the plate and crush it. Alternatively, use silicone molds for chocolates.
Bake in a warm oven at 170 ° in the middle part for 15 minutes. If you notice that the surface darkens, put a sheet of baking paper.
Pull out and let them cool completely!
