Christmas is fast approaching. If you like cupcakes, you can make gingerbread cupcakes. Aromatic, with a spicy note.
Ingredients
- 100g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup of oil
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 150ml of milk
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1.5 tablespoons of gingerbread spice
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- optional marshmallows (for decoration)
- plum jam (optional)
In a bowl, mix the oil, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and honey until smooth.
In a separate vessel mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon and gingerbread spice.
We sprinkle dry ingredients and milk into the blended cream in batches. We mix at the lowest speed until the ingredients are well mixed.
We prepare a muffin tray with muffin cups (or use a silicone one). Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Fill the muffins up to 3/4 of their height. We can also fill 1/2 with a teaspoon of plum jam and cover up to 3/4 with dough.
Bake for about 20 minutes. Remove and cool. After taking it out, you can arrange the marshmallows, which will stick when exposed to heat.
Garnish with marshmallow, powdered sugar or chocolate glaze.
