Sometimes I have no idea for breakfast, so I have to use what I have available.
An interesting combination is mango and coconut, they always taste great.
Nutritious, energizing meals for breakfast are perfect.

Components
- 2 pcs of orange
- 1 piece banana
- 10 tablespoons instant oat flakes
- 5 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Put all ingredients in the blender and mix. Transfer the whole into a bowl or jar. We can add fruit or coconut on top Leave it for a moment, or pack for work. Oatmeal should slightly thicken within 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal! Other information * you can increase the amount of yogurt, porridge will be less rare

- 4 tablespoons coconut
- 1 pc banana
- 6 tablespoon yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric

- Put all ingredients in the blender and mix.
