A way for a simple breakfast , warm and perfect for winter mornings.
portion for 1 person
- 3/4 cup of soy milk
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- 150g mango (plaster)
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
Place the soy milk and oatmeal in a pot. Boil everything.
Add a teaspoon of brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Cook until tender.
Put the finished porridge in a bowl. Dice the mangoes and place on top. Sprinkle everything with sunflower seeds.
