A quick dinner, tasty and nutritious. If you don’t eat meat, you can omit the bacon and it will be just as delicious.
Serve alone, with croutons or rice noodles.

- 150g oyster mushrooms
- 100g smoked bacon
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 5-7 dried tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of lard or oil
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- a pinch of dried jalapeno
- 1/2 teaspoon dried coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried onion
- additionally: parmesan
Heat a pan and add a tablespoon of lard or oil.
Cut the bacon into small cubes, add it to the pan and fry for a while until golden brown.
Rinse and dry the oyster mushrooms, cut into strips. Add to the bacon in the pan. Fry until everything is golden brown. At the end, add dried tomatoes cut into smaller pieces.
Place soy sauce, dried garlic, oregano, jalapeno (if using), coriander, olive oil and dried onion in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Add this to the mushrooms and mix thoroughly.
At the end, add romaine lettuce cut into smaller pieces. Fry for 1-2 minutes and serve warm. You can sprinkle with parmesan.
