Easy pasta and shrimp dish, simple, flavorful and filling. And you don’t really need a lot of time to prepare it.
A cold evening, a desire for a warm dinner and tasting a simple seafood dish that will slightly improve your mood and the whole day.
I admit that everything is gone, so you must also try this unusual, filling and buttery taste with garlic.
Ingredients

- 250g -300g fettuccine or your favorite pasta (I used other )
- approx. 15 – 20 medium frozen or fresh shrimps (peeled and cleaned)
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- 6 tablespoons of butter
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of fresh parsley
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain, but leave some of the pasta water.
Earlier: Prepare the shrimps: thaw if you use frozen shrimps and clean if needed. Dry it. Season the shrimps with salt and pepper to taste; put aside
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes and fry, stirring frequently, until it smells good, about 1-2 minutes.
Add the shrimps and fry, stirring and turning occasionally, until pink, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove the shrimps from the pan.
Add the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter (you can use less). Add pasta and Parmesan (put 2-3 tablespoons on top), also add some pasta water (about 1/3 cup). Finally, add the shrimps and parsley and mix.
Serve immediately, you can sprinkle with any remaining Parmesan cheese.
