Childhood memories. I always associate pasta with fresh strawberries with the June dinner on a sunny and warm day.
Let’s enjoy access to fresh fruit. Let’s move to childhood and try a simple dish.
- 500g of pasta, e.g. penne or farfalle
- 500g strawberries
- 500ml natural yogurt
- sugar (optional)
Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
Clean strawberries from green leaves (stalks). Wash.
Throw the yogurt and strawberries into a blender. Optionally, add sugar. We mix for a smooth cocktail.
Separate the pasta into plates. Serve strawberries cocktail in glasses. Everyone tops their own pasta.
