Are there lovers of preserves? Before you, something you love, or marinated rhubarb. Simple to make.
I landed in the store. I was supposed to buy only rhubarb for a cake, and it ended up at 1.5kg.
Since childhood, I love rhubarb, when I went to the plot and snacks raw (yes, I know, it’s supposedly not healthy).
So add this marinated rhubarb to yogurt or ice cream, or eat straight from the jar.
Ingredients
- 0.5 kg of rhubarb
- 1,5 glass water
- 0,75 glass of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
Cut rhubarb into strips (I always peel from the outer layer). Put in a jar.
In a pot, boil water with vinegar. Add salt and sugar. Mix to dissolve.
Pour the mixture into the jars leaving 1cm of free space from the top
Spin the jars. Leave to cool and cool in the fridge for 48 hours.
Store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
