- 1.5 kg of pork ham
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, e.g. Ponti
- clove of garlic
- olive oil
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 tablespoon of capers (optional)
- salt pepper
Marinate the ham for an hour in water with Ponti balsamic vinegar, rosemary leaves, garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper. We can add a tablespoon of capers.
Put the meat into an ovenproof dish or oiled sheet. Also pour the marinade.
