Roast pork in balsamic vinegar

An interesting way to prepare juicy with a special taste. For this purpose, I used balsamic vinegar from , which has the right taste and consistency to marinate meat.

The prepared this way is the perfect Sunday dinner for the whole family. For this simple implementation.


  • 1.5 kg of ham
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, e.g. Ponti
  • clove of garlic
  • water
  • olive oil
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon of capers (optional)
  • salt pepper

Marinate the ham for an hour in water with Ponti balsamic vinegar, rosemary leaves, garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper. We can add a tablespoon of capers. 

Put the meat into an ovenproof dish or oiled sheet. Also pour the marinade.

Bake at 180 ° C for about two hours. Pour the marinade from time to time.

Remove from oven. Cut into thick slices and serve hot.
