Roasted pork neck with onion


A simple way to have a tasty dinner. You use a rather unexpected marinade: mayonnaise and mustard.

The meat is soft, with an interesting onion flavor that you will like


INGREDIENTS


  • 1 kg of pork neck
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Mayonnaise
  • spicy mustard
  • 2 – 3 pieces of onions

Cut the meat into thicker slices.

Sprinkle the bottom of the baking dish with salt and pepper.

Brush each slice of meat with mustard and mayonnaise on both sides. Place in a round baking dish.

Put the onion slices on top. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper.

Cover (or put on foil) and refrigerate for an hour (or in a cool place.

After this time, bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for an hour.

Serve with potatoes and salad.
