Preheat the oven to 175 ° and prepare the baking tray. Mix the butter and sugar, with a mixer. Add an egg, mix for a while. Then add all dry ingredients and mix vigorously to the connection. The dough should be flexible and delicate at the same time. Divide the dough into 2 parts and form each part into a roll of sheet length. Flatten each but not too much. Make a groove with your finger in the middle of each roll and fill with jam. Bake for about 15 minutes. Take out and leave some to cool, then cut the pieces of cake diagonally to form cookies. Enjoy your meal!
