Hazelnut crescent cookies

Delicious, aromatic hazelnut cookies.


  • 300 g of wheat flour
  • 200 g ground hazelnuts
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • 200 g of butter
  • 1 egg
  • powdered sugar for decoration

Place the flour, ground hazelnuts and powdered sugar in a bowl.

Add butter and egg. Knead it all into a uniform dough. Then place in the fridge for about an hour.

Divide the dough into pieces, form balls and then form a croissant.

Place on baking trays lined with paper and bake  each tray for  about 20 minutes  at 180 degrees C until they are baked.

At the end you can roll in powdered sugar
