A salad that you can quickly prepare for dinner or a meeting with friends. It doesn’t require many ingredients and it tastes really good.
- 1 jar of celery root (canned, cut)
- 1 can of corn
- 3/4 fresh leek
- 100g cheddar cheese (or other hard cheese)
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Remove the top layer of the leek, cut off the green part, and cut the remaining part in half and then into thin half-rings.
Cut the cheese into narrow sticks.
Place the drained celery and corn (without the brine) in a bowl. Add chopped cheese and leek.
Mix all ingredients with mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper. We can put it in the fridge for a while and it’s ready.
