Puff pastry with chicken and spinach

Do you want to eat something delicious for dinner? The combination of chicken, spinach and cheese will definitely work.


approx. 8 pieces

  • 1 package of puff pastry (approx. 350g)
  • 1 chicken breast
  • approx. 100g of fresh spinach
  • 50g tartego sera cheddar
  • 50-100g sera feta
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 beaten egg
  • sesame seeds to sprinkle on top

Wash the chicken breast and cut it into small cubes.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken breast and fry on both sides. Season with dried garlic, onion, sweet pepper, oregano, salt and pepper. At the end, add fresh spinach and fry until crisp. We cool down for a while.

Cut the puff pastry into relatively equal triangles. There should be 16 of them (it will be 8).

Put a little cheddar cheese on half of the triangles, then spread the chicken with spinach and sprinkle with feta cheese. Place the other half of the triangles and press the edges with a fork.

Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 190 degrees C for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with your favorite sauce, e.g. garlic.
