Taste of childhood!

There are such sweets that disappear from the table barely appearing on it. This group includes wafers made by my mother. 

Wafers are layered with a delicious milk-cocoa cream. The addition of biscuits makes the wafers even tastier.

It is important not to confuse the proportions of milk and milk powder. When I was several years old I made a mistake and did the opposite, which was hard to save, despite the addition of more dried fruits and dried milk.

Components

  • 1  packet of  wafers
  • 300  g  biscuits  (1 pack)
  • 1  pc of  butter / margarine
  • 1  glass of  sugar
  • 2  cups of  milk powder
  •  vanilla sugar
  • 2  tablespoons of  cocoa
  •  delicacies  (coconut, ground nuts)

Preheat milk. We dissolve butter and sugar in it.  Pour the powdered milk into the cooled cream and mix until there are no lumps.  At the end, add cocoa, vanilla sugar and dried fruits.  The amount of dried fruit will make the cream thick. It can not be too thin or too smooth. Sometimes an extra spoon of milk powder should be added.  We translate a warm cream of wafers or alternating waffles, biscuits, wafers, biscuits, wafers.  We burden them with something heavy. When cooled, cut into any portions. Enjoy your meal!  Other information* in the original recipe there is 1.5 bars of sugar, but they come out as sweet** the greater the amount of dried fruit, the denser the cream
