Sometimes you are forced to do something different, healthy but at the same time adapted to a specific diet of a given person.
That’s how sweet millet pudding without sugar was made. It contains only natural ingredients and a sweetener (i.e. a banana).
Nutritious, tasty and ideal for dessert also for people allergic to gluten.
Components
- 100 g of millet groats (small bag)
- 100 g raspberries
- 1 piece banana
- 150-200 g of natural yoghurt
We cook groats according to the instructions on the packaging (remember to rinse) In the pot, put a cool millet, raspberry, banana and yogurt. Mix for a smooth mass. (the amount of yogurt is consistent with the consistency we want to get. We translate to the bowls. Decorate with a blot of yogurt and jam or fresh raspberries. Enjoy your meal!
