Afghan yogurt dip


Amazing yogurt sauce with butter fried in butter. A completely different view of garlic sauce .


Ingredients

  • 6ml Turkish / Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon of dried mint
  • salt

Heat the butter without burning it. 

Squeeze a clove of garlic and mix everything quickly until browning. 

Mix garlic butter with yogurt, mint and salt. 

If you want a leaking sauce, you can dilute the dip with water. 

Stir before serving and allow to cool.

 Serve as a side dish , as a salad dressing or as a bread sauce.
