The spicy creamy feta dressing is perfect for any combination of tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, olives, fresh herbs, but also for e.g. zucchini fritters. It is also the perfect accompaniment to grilled dishes.
- 1/2 cup of good quality mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 150g of feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Place all ingredients in a blender (a blender equipped with steel blades). Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until creamy.
If necessary, taste and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
You can keep the sauce in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
