A simple dish to be done by anyone if they like nuggets or just a breaded chicken cutlet.
The garlic flavor gives an additional, interesting taste!
- 1 teaspoon dried, ground garlic, or 2 cloves
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 large egg or 2 smaller
- 2 chicken fillets cut into strips
- bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
Chicken strips with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs with garlic, Parmesan cheese and finely chopped parsley
In a separate bowl, fork the egg with a fork. Put flour in another.
Wrap the chicken in flour, then immerse in the egg and then in the coating.
Fry in a fat-frying pan on each side until golden and crispy.
Serve with potatoes or fries and salad
