TWO GREAT PRODUCTS
Does it happen that something is left in the fridge and you do not know what to do? Time goes by and the vegetable is getting less and less appetizing.
Well, it happened to me that I forgot about the broccoli in the fridge. He did not look bad, but he differed a lot from the perfect one.
Since I had purchased fresh spinach, I came to the conclusion that the best option is cream. Green cream, because all the vegetables in it have such a color.
Try, for me, the ideal dose of healthy vegetables that I can eat at work.
Ingredients
- 1 pc of broccoli
- 200 g spinach
- 1 pc of green peppers
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 pcs of onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- Oil
- 400 ml of broth (water)
- salt pepper
- chilli (optional)
- yogurt (addition)
- parmesan (addition)
Heat the oil in a rather large pot. Peel the onion, cut it into thin slices. Then add the oil together with the garlic clove for 2-3 minutes, over low heat until it is soft. Prepare broccoli, dividing into small florets. Cut into cubes green paprika. Wash the spinach. Add broccoli and paprika to the pot with onion. Fry for a moment. Add spinach. Pour the whole broth and cook until the vegetables are soft. Blend vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. If you want a bit sharper, add chilli. Bring to a boil. Serve with a spoon of yogurt and grated Parmesan cheese. In the vegan version, serve with vegan yogurt or cheese. You can also sprinkle only with parsley. Enjoy your meal!
