Croissant with cheese and ham

Simple and delicious cooked breakfast. All you need is a croissant, a few ingredients and a frying pan


2 people

  • 2 croissants (can be from the previous day)
  • 4 slices of yellow cheese
  • 4 slices of ham
  • butter
  • ketchup (optional)

We warm up the pan.

Cut the croissants in half.

Brush with butter. Then put the cheese and ham on top of each half. Optionally add ketchup. Fold the croissants together.

Place the croissants in the pan and press down with a second pan or lid. Fry for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Turn over and fry another 2 minutes.

Serve hot!
