Ingredients
- 2 pcs of cucumber
- 1/2 pcs red onion
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2-4 tablespoons dill (chopped)
- 1,5 tablespoons of white wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- salt and pepper
Slice the cucumber with salt and let stand for a while (about 20 minutes). Drain the excess water. Add to the bowl of cucumber, thinly chopped onions and chopped dill. Mix separately vinegar with honey and pour over the salad. Sprinkle with pepper and gently with salt for taste. Enjoy your meal!
