Ingredients
- 2 pcs tomatoes (large or 5 cocktail)
- 1 pc of cucumber
- 1 item yellow pepper
- 1 pc of red pepper
- 1/2 glass of parsley
- 1/4 glass of mint
- 1 glass of goat’s cheese
- 1/2 glass of pomegranate seeds
- 1 pc of lemon
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt and pepper
Chop all the ingredients into cubes. Parsley and mint finely. Place all ingredients in a large bowl with olive oil, lemon juice (and peel) and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy your meal!
