Israeli salad with goat cheese – delicious, finely chopped vegetarian salad topped with goat’s cheese and herbs, providing an excellent light and healthy meal.

Ingredients

 

  • 2  pcs  tomatoes  (large or 5 cocktail)
  • 1  pc of  cucumber
  • 1  item  yellow pepper
  • 1  pc of  red pepper
  • 1/2  glass of  parsley
  • 1/4  glass of  mint
  • 1  glass of  goat’s cheese
  • 1/2  glass  of pomegranate seeds
  • 1  pc of  lemon
  • 2  tablespoons of  olive oil
  •  salt and pepper

 Chop all the ingredients into cubes. Parsley and mint finely. Place all ingredients in a large bowl with olive oil, lemon juice  (and peel) and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy your meal!
