Bok choy, also known as pak choy or pok choi, is a type of Chinese cabbage that has smooth, wide, flat leaves at one end, and the other end forms a celery-like cluster. We can eat it raw or cooked / fried.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 4 garlic cloves – chopped
- 1 large onion – chopped
- several bok choy – cut in half or quarters
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of archaid oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper flakes
- pepper, parmesan cheese
Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add garlic and onion, stir fry constantly for 1-2 minutes.
Add bok choy, soy sauce and sesame oil. Cover. Fry for 1-2 minutes, turn over, then cover and continue cooking until the side is lightly browned and soft (about 5 minutes)
Sprinkle with paprika, parmesan and pepper, serve immediately.
