A quick tart of zucchini, oscypek and Black Forest ham

When you check the date of the products on the packaging and it turns out that the date is running out, you need to come up with something quick and tasty.

In the puff pastry (which has just ended), I used zucchini, the ending term Black Forest ham, and frozen oscypek cheese. A few minutes and dinner’s ready.


  • 1 packet of puff pastry
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 pack of Black Forest ham
  • 2 small oscypek
  • 10 grams of cheese
  • ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs

Put the puff pastry on the baking tray. We wrap the countries by making an edge.

Spread the ketchup on the dough.

Slice the courgettes. Grate the oscypek and cheese.

Put the zucchini alternately with the Black Forest ham. The whole is sprinkled with oscypek, cheese and Provencal herbs.

Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees C for about 20 minutes. The dough should be browned and the cheese melted.
