Bacon dumplings in broth


In the age of ‘  ‘ it is worth taking advantage of the possibility of using old bread.

Simple , an alternative to pasta or rice for . by adding they change the taste of the . Personally, I cook  in a separate part of the , after cooking I add a separate decoction.


Ingredients


  • 1/2 kg
  • 150 g smoked bacon
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • meat broth ( broth )
  • parsley
  • salt

Bread cut into cubes, discard the crust. Dice the bacon and chop the onion finely.

Fry the onion and oil in a frying pan, fry the bacon separately for a few minutes.

Put the bread, bacon, onion and pour milk into the bowl. Add flour, eggs, a pinch of salt, finely chopped parsley. Mix.

Form dumplings in damp hands and cook in boiling broth for about 15 minutes.

Serve hot with broth, chop with parsley.
