Delicious, tasty little pizzas. A replacement for large pizzas, and even more suitable for reheating or as a second breakfast.
Ingredients
about 12 pcs.
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/3 bag of dried yeast (or 2 teaspoons)
- 2/3 cups of warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 20 g of mushrooms
- 20 g cheese
- salt, pepper, basil
Sift the flour into a bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, sugar and yeast, then water. Knead the dough slowly adding olive oil. Set aside for 45 minutes.
Grate the cheese. Wash the onions, peppers and mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.
Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry the mushrooms, peppers and onions on it.
Knead the dough again. Divide into 12 portions and form a small cake from each (roll it out). Place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Put the cheese and fried ingredients on top of the dough. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with dried basil.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Enjoy your meal!
