- 3 pcs ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 pc orange
- 2 eggs
- 100ml of oil
- 250g of wheat flour
- 15g baking powder
- powdered sugar
Cut the banana into pieces and put it in the chopper. Chop. Thoroughly scrub the oranges, grind the peel and squeeze the juice.
You put eggs in a bowl, sugar, juice and orange peel in a bowl. Mix. You add bananas. You mix everything.
Gradually add flour and baking powder.
Pour everything into a greased cake pan(about 2 liters). Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees C.
