Cauliflower baked in egg and breadcrumbs has always been a guest at my home. A simple, tasty dish that you will like.


Ingredients


  • 1 cauliflower
  • 3-4 eggs
  • bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • oil or lard for frying

Bring salted water to a boil (about 1 teaspoon of salt).

Divide the cauliflower into florets and throw it into boiling water. Cook until the fork is pushed in. Drain off.

In a bowl, beat the eggs. We salt and pepper. In a separate place we put breadcrumbs.

Dip the florets in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.

We heat up the fat. Fry the roses until golden brown.

Serve with kefir or with potatoes and salad.
