CAKE WITH NUTS AND APPLES


THE BEST APPLE PIE WITH PEANUT BUTTER


The only such recipe. A dough that must be baked at least once a year. It requires more work, but it is worth it. 

Mom’s recipe and just in this case, it’s made but for special my request

CAKE

30dag cake flour 
20dag margarine 
3 yolk 
3/4 cup powdered sugar 
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Mix margarine with flour and other ingredients, knead the dough, bake the cake (about 40 minutes) and cool.

APPLE CREAM

1.5 kg of apples 
1 tablespoon of sugar 
2 jelly orange

Grate the apples on a thick grater, add sugar and fry. 
Add 2 powdered jelly into hot apples and mix well, cool well. 
Spread the cream of apples into a cooled dough and leave for 1/2 hour

PEANUT CREAM

3 / 4 glass milk 
3 / 4 glass of powdered sugar 
about 20dag of walnuts (ground) 
1 margarine (about 200g) 
1 glass of vodka

Milk, powdered sugar and ground nuts cook on low heat, about 10 minutes and cool. 
Add the margarine by adding 1 tablespoon of frozen nuts, and finally add a glass of vodka. 
Apply a layer of nut cream on the layer of apples

Frosting

3/4 cubes of margarine 
2 tablespoons of milk 
3 tablespoons of cocoa 
2 tablespoons of potato flour 
3/4 cup of powdered sugar

Crush everything together, do not get too hard and grate. 
Pour over peanut butter with cold sauce and if you want, sprinkle with ground nuts
