Cheesecake on a nutty bottom with Dulce de leche

A cheesecake combining so many flavors. Bottom of walnuts, creamy and vanilla cheese , and dulce de leche on top. Everything comes together perfectly.


  • 2.5 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of walnuts (ground)
  • 330g of butter or margarine
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4 yolks
  • 6 eggs
  • 1-1.2 kg of white cheese (cottage cheese for cheesecake)
  • 2 vanilla puddings
  • 1 can of dulce de leche
  • nuts for decoration

Mix the flour with the nuts. Add 1/2 cup of sugar, egg yolks and 200 g of butter or margarine. Knead and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Prepare a form of 26x26cm or a diameter of 28-30cm.

Roll out the cooled dough and tap out the form (bottom and edges). Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Mix the butter and sugar. Add the cheese and grate it together. Then add the eggs and pudding. Mix. Transfer to a toasted cake.

Bake for about 1 hour in 180 ° C. Cool down.

Brush the top with dulce de leche. Garnish with nuts or sprinkles.
