Chocolate porridge with pumpkins

NUTRITIOUS AND TASTY BREAKFAST

When there is no idea for breakfast and has excess pumpkin, you must use it somehow.

It took me 5 minutes to make a bit of another porridge. Thanks to cocoa, we have a chocolate flavor, and honey slightly sweetens.

COMPONENTS

 

  • 1/2  glass of  oatmeal
  • 1/2  glass  pumpkin puree
  • 2  tablespoons of  natural   yoghurt (or vegetable)
  • 1  tablespoon of  honey
  • 2  tablespoons of  cocoa
  • nuts
  • 1  tablespoon of  sesame  (optional)
  • 1  pc of  plum  (optional)
  • 1  teaspoon of  honey  (on top)

Put oatmeal, pumpkin, yogurt, nuts and cocoa into the blender bowl. Mix at high speed. We add honey and optional sesame We put it in a container / jar. Pour over honey and add if you want some fruit, eg plum. Enjoy your meal! 

OTHER INFORMATION

* pumpkin puree is a baked pumpkin and mixed, which can be frozen

  • 1 tablespoon sesame ((optional))
  • 1 pc pum ((optional))
  • 1 teaspoon honey ((on top))
  1. Put oatmeal, pumpkin, yogurt, nuts and cocoa into the blender bowl.
  2. Mix at high speed. Add honey and optional sesame. Mix
  3. We put it in a lunchbox / jar. Pour over honey and add if you want some fruit, eg plum.
  4. Enjoy your meal!
