Peanut porridge with raspberries

I’ve never been a huge oatmeal fan, but I really like this one.

In a few minutes you have a delicious breakfast.


1 serving

  • 0.5 cups of oat flakes
  • 0.5 cup plant milk (e.g. coconut)
  • 0.5 glass of water
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 0.5 cups frozen raspberries (or fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup

Pour the cereal with water and milk, add a tablespoon of peanut butter and stir. Set the average power of the burner.

When it starts to boil, add a pinch of salt and set the burner power to the lowest. Cook for about 5 minutes.

After this time, the porridge is ready.

Transfer the hot oatmeal to a bowl. Sprinkle with a handful of raspberries and drizzle with agave syrup. Frozen raspberries will melt to give raspberry juice.

Serve hot or cold.
